Bari Regional Police Commander Hussein Ali Mohamud said he has today chaired a security meeting in Bossaso.
The conference which was attended by various police station commanders and security experts focused on ways to to strengthen Bari regional security.
The police chiefs presented plans for security and how to accelerate ongoing operations against the militant groups in the mountains.
Mohamud called on the officers to intensify security efforts in Bari region and instructed the them to remain connected to the community and avoid harming the civilians during the operation.
