NISA chief calls for probe into the killing of Gedo region’s spy head

MOGADISHU [SMN] – The director of the National Intelligence and Security Agency (NISA), Mahad Mohamed Salad spoke about the murder of the Gedo region’s spy head.

 

Salad condemned the assassination of Abdirahman Abdullahi Aden (Bakal Kooke) who died in a bomb explosion said to be from a landmine outside Luuq town on Thursday night.

Mahad Salaad sent his condolences to the family, relatives, officers, members of the Agency, and the entire Somali community on the death of Bakal Kooke.

Mahad Salad also instructed the security forces in the Gedo region to conduct a credible and immediate investigation into the killing of the top spy officer.

A-Shabaab claimed responsibility for the attack that killed Bakal Kooke.
