A roadside bomb explosion killed two civilians onboard a passenger minibus and injured several others in Somalia’s central Mudug region, an official said on Friday.
Abdi Mohamed, a local security official, told Anadolu Agency over the phone that the driver and his assistant was killed in the explosion and that the vehicle is completely destroyed.
Mohamed blamed the al-Qaeda-affiliated al-Shabaab terrorist group for the explosion.
