Somali PM Hamza Abdi Barre flies to Addis for Tana Forum


MOGADISHU [SMN] – The Prime Minister of Somalia, Hamza Abdi Barre left today for a working trip to Addis Ababa, the capital of Ethiopia.


The delegation was seen off at the Aden-Adde airport by members of the Somali Cabinet and advisers at his office.

The Prime Minister will participate in the Tana Forum in Ethiopia’s Bahar Dar, which will discuss the security of the African continent.

The Tana forum will focus on threats to the African continent, and the Prime Minister will give a speech on the security problems in Somalia.

During his stay, the PM is set to hold various leaders on the sidelines of the conference to talk about bilateral relations and how Somalia can get support in the war on Al-Shabab.
