Somalia attends key meeting in Uganda


KAMPALA [SMN] – Somalia attended a key meeting in Kampala, Uganda’s capital which is held annually to discuss the African continent’s agricultural sector.



The Minister of Agriculture Ahmed Madobe Nunow took part in the meeting organized by the Association for the Control of Locusts and Harms in East African Countries [DLCO-EA].

During the Ministerial level meeting, Somalia took over the rotating chair of 2022 and 2023 as the Minister confirmed.

After three decades of conflict, Somalia has appeared in all the organizations it is a member of at the regional and international levels.
