ISTANBUL [SMN] – Khalif Abdi Omar, Minister of Trade and Industry of Somalia, who has been in Turkey for the past few days, held a meeting with Somali businessmen in Turkey.
Speaking at the meeting, Minister Khalif Abdi Omar first praised the large Somali businesses in Turkey and said that the business community needs to unite in order to avoid any further problems and to respect the law in that country.
The Minister emphasized that the Ministry is closely monitoring the situation of Somali business people and is ready to address any problems faced by the business community, noting that the crisis is directly related to the crisis.
