MOGADISHU, Somalia – Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud arrived in Kigali, Rwanda, to attend the inauguration ceremony of President Paul Kagame. This event marks a significant moment for both Somalia and Rwanda, as it highlights the strong diplomatic ties between the two nations.
