Cairo, Egypt — Sheikh Adan Madobe, the Speaker of the Somali Parliament, extended his congratulations to Mohamed Alymahi, the newly elected Chairman of the Arab Parliamentary Union (APU), following his election during the recent assembly in Cairo, Egypt.
