MOGADISHU, Somalia — The leaders of Somalia and Ethiopia issued a joint communiqué Thursday from their meeting in Mogadishu that follows the December Ankara deal.
Hassan Sheikh and Abiy Ahmed have emphasized their commitment to regional cooperation and stability. The statement, released Feb. 27, 2025, follows high-level talks between the two nations aimed at strengthening bilateral ties.
