Abdi Ali Rage, who is the senior president’s aide has announced that he was rejected to arrive in Kismayo on Thursday by Jubaland president Ahmed Madobe
He also pointed out that the obstruction was behind Jubbaland’s top officials, adding that they wanted to loot seats in Jubbaland.
Finally, he announced that he would return to Kismayo, and will run for the seat of his clan that will be elected in Kismayo.
