MOGADISHU [SMN] – The Prime Minister of Somalia Mohamed Hussein Roble last night held a private meeting with the Presidents of Galmudug, South West, and the HirShabelle States, who are currently in Mogadishu.
Roble and leaders of the three regional administrations discussed the situation in the country and the controversy surrounding the country’s 2021 elections.
The meeting comes ahead of the upcoming National Consultative Assembly meeting in Mogadishu.
All regional leaders are currently in the capital, and Roble has previously met with leaders of the Jubbaland and Puntland administrations.
