CAPE TOWN – A Somali businessman has been shot dead by South African gangs in South Africa.
The deceased was identified as Abdinasir Mohamud and was reportedly killed near Cape Town in South Africa.
The assailants also fled the scene, and security forces later arrived.
South Africa is one of the most persecuted countries in Somalia, and hundreds of Somali traders have been killed, injured, and robbed in the country for the past years.
