A meeting of the National Electoral Consultative Council between the Federal Government of Somalia and the Heads of the Federal Member States has opened in Mogadishu.
The conference, chaired by the PM Roble is attended by the Presidents of the five regional states and the mayor of Mogadishu.
During the conference, the focus will be on the September 17 agreement reached in Mogadishu and the final settlement of the electoral process.
