ISTANBUL [SMN] – Somali President Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo accompanied by First Lady Zeinab Abdi Moalim were warmly welcomed in Istanbul, Turkey.
The President will attend the third round of the Turkey-Africa Cooperation Conference in Istanbul, where he will hold talks with various leaders on the sidelines of the forum.
The Somali government will present its vision for investment, trade, diplomacy, strengthening security, and fruitful relations between Somalia and Turkey.
Somalia is one of the African countries invited to the Turkey-Africa summit, as Turkey seeks to expand its trade influence with the continent.
