MOGADISHU [SMN] – The President of Somalia, Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo received at the Presidential Palace a delegation represented the country in the maritime dispute case.
During a meeting at his office, the president praised the historic role the team played in the defense of the country’s seas and how they have set an example for future generations.
The President added that the success of the maritime case showed the growing sense of patriotism and unity of the Somali people, and briefed the Committee on how the Somali people celebrated this historic victory and celebrated it at home and abroad.
The Second Deputy Speaker of the House of the People Mahad Abdalla Awad, the Governor of Benadir Region Omar Filish, and the Minister of Finance Beyle attended the meeting.
