Somali PM Visits Darussalam District for Eid Celebrations with citizens

MOGADISHU, Somalia – The Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E Hamza Abdi Barre, visited the district of Darussalam accompanied by senior officials to celebrate the Eid festival with hundreds of Somali residents from the Banadir region.

 

The visit highlighted the security and peace in the capital city of Mogadishu.

During his visit, Prime Minister Barre praised the development, beauty, and security in the Darussalam district. He encouraged the community and businessmen to continue their efforts in developing the capital and the country as a whole.

The Prime Minister also announced the government’s full support for businessmen to achieve progress and promised to work with them to create new opportunities for business and investment.

He called on all Somali businessmen to invest in their country’s development, stating that the country is peaceful and offers numerous investment opportunities that can lead to economic development and job creation, making the country prosperous.

The Prime Minister’s visit to Darussalam and his message to the business community underscore the government’s commitment to fostering peace, security, and economic development in Somalia.
