MOGADISHU [SMN] – Deputy Prime Minister of Somalia H E Mahdi Mohammed Gulaid met with Ambassador of Qatar to Somalia H E Hassan bin Hamza Hashem.
During the meeting, bilateral relations were reviewed, according to Qatar’s media outlets.
Qatar developed close relations with Somalia after Farmajo was elected as president in 2017.
Doha supports Somalia in the fields of development and humanitarian as well as the rebuilding of the country.
