MOGADISHU, Somalia — Somalia’s Minister of Defense, Abdulkadir Mohamed Nur, hosted Germany’s Special Envoy to the Horn of Africa, Ambassador Heiko Nitzschke, at Villa Gaashaandhigga on Saturday, signaling a deep dive into regional security dynamics.
