RABAT, Morocco – The 33rd FAO Regional Conference for Africa in Rabat, Morocco, provided a platform for a significant sideline meeting between Mohamed Abdi Hayir (Maareeye), the Minister of Agriculture and Irrigation of the Federal Government of Somalia, and his Moroccan counterpart, Mohammed Sadiki.
