More news coming out of explosions in the last few hours targeting Kenyan troops in the Lower Jubba region of southern Somalia.
The bomb struck a convoy of Kenyan troops, but no casualties were reported, according to local sources.
The blasts also injured five Kenyan soldiers serving under the African Union Mission in Somalia (AMISOM).
The situation is now calm, and the troops are reportedly continuing their march.
