MOGADISHU [SMN] – Danab forces carry out operations in the Toratorow and Aliyow Barrow areas of the Lower Shabelle region, south of Somalia.
The operation led to the capture of six Al-Shabaab members, according to Danab officials.
The officials also said that they have destroyed Al-Shabaab bases and customs offices.
The American-trained elite Danab forces have reportedly returned to their base at Balidoogle airport in the Lower Shabelle region following the operation.
