MOGADISHU, Somalia – An armed gunman killed a civilian last night in an area called Dharjo, near the city of Dhusamareeb in the capital of Galmudug.
The perpetrators were reportedly from the Eelgaras area in the Galgaduud district, while the deceased was from Dhusamareeb city.
The group that carried out the killing escaped from the scene, and this morning the area where the act took place is being investigated.
Some reports add to this that the killing is based on a tribal identity that has existed for some time in the area of Dhusamareb.
In most of the areas and districts of Galgaduud and Mudug regions, there are murders based on clans, which are recurring in the regions of the country.
