BELEDWEYNE [SMN] – A suicide blast in Beledweyne, central Somalia has killed a prominent female lawmaker Amina Mohamed Abdi on Wednesday evening.
A suicide bomber has detonated his explosives at the MP near HirShabelle state president’s residence in the city, killing her and other people on the spot, according to the residents.
There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the MP’s assassination.
