Somali PM slams attack in Mogadishu


The Prime Minister of the Federal Republic of Somalia Mohamed Hussein Roble has strongly condemned the suicide bombing that took place at a restaurant in Mogadishu on Friday afternoon, killing and injuring several people.

Roble also sent his condolences to the families of those killed in the attack, and wished the injured a speedy recovery.

“I condemn the terrorist attack by Al-Shabaab this afternoon in Mogadishu that killed and injured innocent civilians.

May Allah have mercy on the dead and heal the wounded, he added.

“The incident horrific and cruel situation shows how terrorist violence committed people, which makes it our duty to co-operate together to fight terrorism and eradicate them,” said Roble.
