Doha – HE President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, Hassan Sheikh Mohamud arrived on Monday in Doha, on a working visit to the country.
“President Hassan Sheikh has arrived in Doha, Qatar for a significant official working visit aimed at further enhancing bilateral relations between Somalia and the brotherly State of Qatar across various mutually beneficial areas,” said Villa Somalia.
During this visit, the president will engage in discussions with the Qatari leadership regarding recent developments in Somalia.
His Excellency and the accompanying delegation were welcomed upon arrival at Hamad International Airport by HE Director of the Department of Protocol of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ibrahim bin Yousif Fakhro, and HE Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Somalia Mohamed Ahmed Sheikh Ali.
