Sweden sends a new ambassador to Somalia

MOGADISHU [SMN] – The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Balal Mohamed Osman, received a copy of his credentials from the Ambassador of Sweden to Somalia in Mogadishu, Per Lindgärde.

During the meeting, the Minister welcomed the new Swedish Ambassador to his office in Mogadishu and held a meeting in which they discussed the bilateral relations.

Osman wished the ambassador success in his mission to move forward the bilateral relations and for closer cooperation between the two countries. with.

For his part, the Ambassador expressed his pleasure to represent his country in Somalia and commended the relationship and cooperation between the two countries.

He emphasized that he will work hard to develop that relationship to achieve the common goals of the two countries and the two friendly people.
