Somali National Army (SNA) said Tuesday its forces killed three al-Shabab militants and wounded others in a fierce fighting with the militants in Hudur town, southwest Somalia.
SNA commander Mohamed Sankus told reporters that their forces also foiled an attack at SNA base near Hudur town at around 2 a.m.
“We killed at least three terrorists who attempted to attack and enter into our base near Hudur town, some of the terrorists ran away,” Sankus said.
