SANAAG [SMN] – Armed clan militias have taken control of OOD-LA ’village in Damalla-hagarre area of Sanaag region.
The militia reportedly buried water wells in OOD-LA ’village and destroyed buildings there.
This is due to the ongoing conflict between two communities living in and around Damalla-hagarre.
Repeated clashes between the two sides have resulted in casualties on both sides.
